The venue
Sessions are held at Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki. Building and room assignments will be circulated to registered participants before the conference.

Participants are responsible for their own accommodation and travel costs; registration fees cover conference materials, breakfast and lunch for physical participants.
International delegates
Participants who require a formal letter of invitation for visa purposes should request one after their abstract is accepted or registration is confirmed.
Virtual participation
Presenting virtually removes the travel question entirely. Virtual registration is ₦20,000 early bird, ₦25,000 regular — select “Virtual” as your mode of presentation when you submit an abstract.
